Women Empowerment and Leadership Program

August 5, 2025 – Welcome! Bienvenue! Dalal ak diam!

SWEC believes every woman has the right to learn, lead, and thrive. Through education, digital literacy, leadership training, and vocational programs, women gain the confidence and skills to shape the future of the Sahel region and beyond.

This initiative continues SWEC’s mission to open doors of opportunity and independence — empowering women to be catalysts for community transformation.

Language Training Program

November 6, 2024 – Language Training: Building Bridges Through Words

SWEC’s Language Training Initiative empowers women and youth across the Sahel by strengthening their communication skills in English, French, and national languages such as Fulfulde and Hausa. These programs open doors to education, leadership, and employment while celebrating cultural identity.

“Language is more than a skill — it’s a bridge to opportunity, connection, and understanding.”
